Thank you for your interest in our handmade, unique pieces. To ensure you enjoy your product for a long time and use it safely, we ask you to carefully follow the following instructions:

1. Handcrafted & unique character

Our products are lovingly handcrafted. Minor variations in color, shape, surface, or arrangement are inherent in the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for complaint. Each piece is unique—this is precisely what makes our handmade items so special.

2. Decorative items made from Raysin

  • Raysin is a decorative casting powder material and is not shock or water resistant.

  • Please protect these items from moisture and avoid impacts or dropping them – risk of breakage!

  • Suitable for indoor decoration only. Not a toy!

3. Printed items (e.g. cups, glasses, cans)

  • The vinyl labels are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

  • Please clean only by hand with a soft, damp cloth . Do not soak or scrub.

  • Not suitable for hot liquids unless otherwise stated.

4. Keychains & Bags

  • Our keychains may contain small parts – not suitable for children under 3 years (risk of suffocation) .

  • Bags are designed for light to medium loads – please do not transport heavy items.

5. Wood products

  • Wood is a natural material – grains, knots or small irregularities are typical and not a defect.

  • Not suitable for outdoor use unless otherwise stated.

  • Protect from moisture and strong sunlight.

6. General information

  • Our products are primarily decorative. They are not toys and are not suitable for permanent use in children's rooms or unsupervised areas.

  • Please check the condition of the product regularly, especially for keychains and accessories with metal parts.
